Luup referral offers
Offer period: the referred person must register with the Champ's code by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on 11 August 2026. Qualifying bookings must be made by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on 31 October 2026.
This page governs Champ-referred offers. The separate direct owner/fleet acquisition campaign is governed by the Luup Host Bonus Terms.
Car-owner offer
Open to Canadian residents aged 21 or older with a valid full driver's licence whose vehicle is based in British Columbia.
A qualifying owner earns $500 cash after the listed vehicle completes three qualifying trips of at least three days each, provided all three bookings were made by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on 31 October 2026. Payment is made by Interac e-Transfer within five business days after the third completed trip is verified. Cancelled or refunded bookings and trips do not count.
Trip protection is the coverage shown for each approved booking and remains subject to the applicable policy's limits, terms, exclusions and deductibles. See the Trip Coverage explanation.
Renter offer
Open to Canadian residents aged 21 or older with a valid full British Columbia or equivalent driver's licence whose pickup location is in Metro Vancouver.
A qualifying renter receives $50 off each of their first three bookings, up to $150 total. Each booking must be for at least two days and must be made by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on 31 October 2026. Cancelled or refunded bookings and trips do not qualify.
A person may receive only the qualifying $150 maximum renter discount. Campaign capacity is administered internally and does not reduce a discount already validly issued.

Fleet offer
Open to operators listing at least five vehicles based in British Columbia.
A qualifying fleet operator earns $500 cash after the fleet completes three qualifying trips of at least three days each, provided all three bookings were made by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on 31 October 2026. Payment is made by Interac e-Transfer within five business days after the third completed trip is verified. Cancelled or refunded bookings and trips do not count.

Role stacking and attribution
Role stacking is permitted. Each verified person or legal entity may qualify once in each campaign role—renter, individual car owner, and fleet operator—provided all requirements for each role are independently satisfied. A participant cannot earn the same role benefit more than once by creating additional accounts, listing additional vehicles, or repeating qualifying activity. The same booking, vehicle, or completed trip cannot be counted toward more than one role unless Luup expressly approves otherwise. Campaign capacity is administered internally and does not limit how many people a Champ may refer. A valid Champ code must be used at signup, referrals cannot be claimed retroactively, and Champ-code attribution takes precedence over analytics or marketing attribution. Analytics data never determines offer eligibility, value, timing, or campaign capacity.
Verification and review
Luup may verify identity, eligibility, bookings, completed trips, and vehicle or fleet details. A duplicate, related-party, or suspected-fraud flag starts a human review only; it does not automatically deny an offer or change offer value, campaign capacity, or payment status. Luup may withhold or reverse an unissued benefit only after review establishes that the qualifying conditions were not met or that material fraud or abuse occurred.
Tax
Qualifying cash rewards may be reportable income. Luup may request tax information and issue applicable tax reporting documents. Each recipient is responsible for their own tax obligations. Rewards paid to Luup employees may require payroll and T4 treatment; that treatment remains subject to professional accounting confirmation.
Communications, privacy, and changes
Operational messages about an application, booking, trip, or reward are separate from optional promotional consent. Luup sends commercial electronic messages only where permitted by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, identifies Luup Technologies Corp., includes current contact information and a working unsubscribe method, and honours unsubscribe requests within the period required by law.
These offer terms were approved by Zelani Bhuiyan, Founder & CEO, on behalf of the COO and become effective on 1 August 2026. Luup may amend, pause, or end an offer prospectively subject to applicable law. A qualifying benefit already earned under these terms will be honoured. Financial, payment, referral, and dispute records are retained for seven years; CASL consent and unsubscribe records are retained for three years.
